New Effect: After finishing the charge, now increases the remaining duration of Ionian Fervor to 1 second if it was below 1 second upon starting the charge.
Bug Fix: Now correctly resets the duration of Ionian Fervor if the former hits an enemy very close to the latter's expiration.
